Shipping:

I ship to all States in the USA, via the USPS free of charge. However, if you are in another country and are interested in purchasing from the store, please email me at ted@tedjouflas.com for more information.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping your order. All orders are packed and shipped from Arizona and usually arrive 3-7 days after mailing.

I personally pack all original artwork and prints while utilizing my professional training and experience as a gallery boy for various hoity-toity art galleries and museums in San Francisco during the 1980’s.

I pack everything as carefully as possible in secure and rigid mailers or boxes. However, if an item is damaged, stolen, or lost once it has been shipped, it is then the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipments to the Wrong Address or Return to Sender:

Please be certain to double check that your shipping address is completely correct. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements as well.

Cancellations, Changes, or Returns:

I do not accept any returns. Likewise I cannot process cancellations or changes to your orders. Please be certain of your purchases before processing payment.
